The content of the Quiz100.ro website (including, but not limited to images, texts, web graphic elements, scripts, graphic elements, logo as well as other data) is the property of Quiz100.ro and its partners and suppliers, being by the Copyright Law and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The extraction of any information followed by any use for commercial purposes and without the written consent of the owners of the property rights constitutes a clear violation of the terms and conditions.
Product prices
All prices shown are subject to change. In such a situation, if you have placed an order with an old displayed price, you will be contacted to be announced about it. Prices include all taxes except for delivery, which will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery
By courier in which case a delivery fee will be charged. The delivery is made in a maximum of 2-4 days after the registration of the payment, for any physical product from the Administrator's stock.
Delivery times may change when a product is newly launched, on holidays or due to the large volume of orders in a short time.

Payment
Payment will be made by accessing the payment link generated from Internet Banking, cash on delivery to the courier, with the Easybox card or cash in the case of personal pickup.
Return policy
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts: before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those stipulated in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.
Return costs are borne by the consumer.
Distance contract means the contract for the supply of products or services concluded between a trader and a consumer, within a sales system organized by the trader, who exclusively uses, before and at the conclusion of this contract, one or more techniques of remote communication. The right of return within 14 days is addressed only to customers who purchased products online from the website www.quiz100.ro.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Products with physical changes are not accepted for return.
The seller will reimburse the product's value within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing Quiz100.ro by the consumer of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Quiz100.ro will be able to postpone the refund of the product's value until receiving the sold product or until receiving a proof that it has been shipped.
The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
The professional reimburses all sums received as payment from the consumer, including, as the case may be, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The professional reimburses the amounts mentioned above using the same payment methods as those used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another payment method and on the condition that the payment of commissions does not fall on the consumer after reimbursement.
Without prejudice to the first paragraph of this section, the professional is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the consumer has explicitly chosen a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by the professional.
Unless the professional has offered to recover the products himself, in the case of sales contracts, the professional can postpone the reimbursement until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale or until the moment of receiving proof from the consumer that he sent the products to the professional, considering the nearest date.
Obligations of the consumer in case of withdrawal According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer bears only the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the professional accepts to bear those costs or the professional has not informed the consumer that these costs must be borne by the consumer. In the case of off-premises contracts, where the products have been delivered to the consumer's home at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the professional collects the products at his own expense if the products, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post.
The right of withdrawal
The consumer informs Quiz100.ro about the decision to withdraw from the contract through a written notification to contact@quiz100.ro
Applicable law
By using the Quiz100.ro website, the user agrees that Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between users and the Quiz100.ro administrator or its associates/partners/affiliates this one. In the event of any conflicts, an amicable solution will be tried first, and if an amicable solution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in court at the website administrator's headquarters, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
The relationship between the parties is governed by the following normative acts: • OG no. 21/1992 on consumer protection. • GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals. • Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair practices of traders in the relationship with consumers and harmonizing regulations with European consumer protection legislation. • Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce.
Limitation of liability
Quiz100.ro does not guarantee customer access to the website www.quiz100.ro at any time, not being responsible for problems caused by third parties (technical problems, failures due to the server or Internet connection) or problems generated by upgrades or any other commercial reasons of Quiz100.ro.
In the event that prices or other details relating to products/promotions have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they have been incorrectly entered into the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of that product and notify the customer by phone/e- email as soon as possible about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.

The images and descriptions of the products may contain errors or may be different from reality, www.quiz100.ro is not responsible for such situations, but will try to resolve them as soon as possible after reporting them.
If www.quiz100.ro is unable to deliver the order due to the customer's fault (whether he is not found at the mentioned address or cannot be contacted, etc.), the order will be cancelled and the products will be returned to www.quiz100.roFor a new delivery, the customer will have to bear new delivery costs or other necessary technical costs.
If the customer has paid in advance and, due to his fault, cannot receive the products within 10 days from the moment of shipment and cannot be contacted within 30 days, the order will be cancelled, but the payment will not be possible be returned, constituting compensation from the client. Orders registered on www.quiz100.ro on Fridays after 6 p.m. as well as Saturdays or Sundays or legal holidays will be processed on the next working day.

The administrator of Quiz100.ro reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or sub-pages of the Quiz100.ro site at any time and at any free time interval chosen, having the right to temporarily or permanently, partially or completely interrupt the services made available to the public through this website without any prior individual or general notification.
